Cilok goreng telur
Ingredients:
All purpose flour
Tapioka flour
Eggs
Mushroom seasoning powder
Garlic paste
Salt
White pepper
Green onions
Water
Procedure:
• Heat small amount of water and add all purpose flour, garlic, mushroom broth powder, white pepper and salt in it and mix well.
• Add green onion, mix tapioka flour in it and stir until smooth.
• Give it round shape of Cilok.
• Boil the cilok until cooked, drain aside and let them cool.
• In a bowl crack 3 eggs in it, add salt, mushroom seasoning powder, white pepper, 1tbsp of tapioka and all purpose flour and whisk properly.
• Thread the cilok onto a skewer. Coat it in beaten egg, fry until golden brown.
• Serve.
