Ingredients
1. Condensed milk = 395g
2. Evaporated milk = 200g
3. Thick cream = 510g
4. Bread slices = 3-4
5. Green cardamom powder = 1/4 tsp
6. Rose water = 1 tsp

Instructions
- In a pot add the whole can of condensed milk add water till it reaches the top of the can.
- Cover the pot with the lid and bring a boil and cook on slow flame for 3 hours. After taking out the can put it at room temperature. Caramel is then ready
- Add the bread slices, thick cream, evaporated milk, cardamom powder, rose water and condensed milk (caramel) in the chopper or the blender. Blend smoothly.
- Add in a disposable cup or in a kulfi mould
- cover the cup with the aluminum foil and air tight it.
- make a small cut and add a ice cream stick
- Put in a freezer overnight or for 7-8 hours
- After 8 hours, rub the cup with your hands and remove the kulfi.
On the topping add pistachio ir almond
