To Make Caramel Sauce
Sugar - 1 Cup
Butter - 6 Tbsp
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
METHOD:
1. Take sugar in a saucepan.
2. Melt it fully on medium flame.
3. Once the sugar dissolves completely, keep the flame on low and let the syrup turn into a nice golden brown color.
4. After the syrup is golden brown, turn off the stove and immediately add softened butter, fresh cream and salt.
5. Mix it all well.
6. Homemade caramel sauce is ready to be stored and enjoyed with anydesserts of your choice or other recipes
