i actually loved this series sm - i didn’t really like tella in the first book but she grew on me VERY quickly in the second book. i feel like her and dante are so underrated 😭😭
I absolutely LOVED both series!!! Im in LOVE with Jacks. Im team legend in Caraval and team jacks in Once Upon A Broken Heart!! Never getting tired of this series!!!
Just finished reading the series myself and the first 2 books were okay but Finale was by far the best one. Overall the series is a 3/5 for me I also found Tella’s pov way more interesting and loved the love triangle between Legend and Jacks. However.. Jacks carried 👏🏼👏🏼 just ordered the spinoff series with Jacks because i need more of him!! I don’t wanna sleep on Julian though because he’s everything and realistically my ideal man but i just wish there was more of him :/
I also felt that way tbh. Like Legendary and Finale felt worlds apart from Caraval...! 14:18.. me too!! I thought her wanting to save her mother so badly was like...huh?? This woman barely stayed with you! I just tried to tell myself it was because her father was abuseive, so she was hanging on to the only parent she could...but then again..her mother left so IDK UGH. That being said, Finale was my least favorite somehow
I love the caraval series!❤💙 I read it non-stop. Initially I was lost when she used that weird language but I brushed it off and continued reading. I love Scarlett in the first book and Third book. Tella was initially a hated character but halfway through legendary she changed and I like it when the authors do pov books cause you get to see their thinking process and the reason behind their actions. Finale and Caraval are by far my favorite books though. Caraval messed with me in so many ways but I actually enjoyed how wrong I was about all the events. Like I think I'm close to discovering the truth when I'm nowhere near the truth while Finale was a finale. Like literally it was the final battle. The conclusion. I felt it was well written. It made me feel so many things and I loved it so much. The ending was so sweet and perfect for both the sisters and it's beautiful. 😊 Btw, I'm team Legend. (Jacks was fine-ish. I still don't see why people are obsessed with him. He literally married her, abused his control on her emotions, and tried to kill her twice. That's so many red flags. Legend never did any of that and I loved that he released all the fates just so she could come back. That's true love right there. He always stopped himself from going too far by withdrawing unlike Jacks. Never trust a fate. Lesson well learned. 😁. What about you?) Anyways. Have a great day. Thanks for reading. 😊
Wow thank you for sharing🤗 I also didn’t like Tella but slowly started liking her as the series progressed. I prefer Jacks in general, but I like Legend for Tella🫶🏼 I didn’t love the series as a whole, but I’m glad you enjoyed🥰
I loved Caraval and immediately went into Legendary, but lost interest very fast. In the end it took my like 2 months to read legendary and tbh I have no idea what happened.
Fell in love with Jacks but I did read ouabh first so I was already there ahaha. I really liked Scarlett and I really related to the synesthesia part, I also have synesthesia but not the same kind. I loved all the book but Finale definitely took me agessssss, like 8 hours. Definitely one of my favourite series, I love Stephanie Garber's writing.
@@janeelizabxth thanks! Honestly for Caraval I had the same thoughts as you and I was told that it would be like circus themed and fantastical but it kind of turned out to be more “solving mysteries” and besides the carousel the world was only like a magical town but it was still fun!
