I find these vids so helpful. We have literally just bought a caravan and I’m really enjoying these videos and some great tips from a normal guy. Cheers buddy. Keep it up!

Actually at least in Australia, the "puppy" brand of toilet paper is the weakest ripping rubbish around and many people dislike it. It NEVER seems to stay together. But somehow it's the most expensive brand we have. Nearly triple the price of far better stuff.

Well, as a caravan owner, I find it fascinating. I might start doing a vlog on my next trip but from the viewpoint of a dog. I'm able to attach an action camera to my Black Labrador. I'm considering making a "caravanning from a dog's viewpoint" (literally!). Do you think it would work? It's a Drift HD Ghost Action camera (normally used as a dash cam in the car or, more often, attached to my motorcycle helmet to capture idiots on the road). I've been inspired after watching you on "Carry On Caravanning" on TV! I think it's great. Harmless fun. The dog would love it and I'd be fascinated to see life 'as the Doggy sees it", so to speak! Just thought I'd get some advice? Tips? Keep filming, Dude!

Had to come and see the video after tonight's show. I just bought my first caravan a month ago and wondered if it was a sales pitch to sell expensive toilet roll.

Had to watch this after seeing the C5 program last night. Interesting and informative as it is, I would have liked to see a real world - well,almost real world! - comparison using the correct proportion of the toilet chemicals instead of plain water.

I can’t believe I’m watching this, but as a ‘vanning newbie, it’s fascinating! 😆 Our local supermarket (the one best known for its up-market image in the UK) sells an own-brand eco paper that claims it’s perfect for septic tank use. How would this compare to the camping paper, I wonder…?

Haha had to subscribe after last nights show. I am contemplating purchasing a swift challenger 570 For next season! We were going to undertake a t5 camper conversion but the cost comparison is massively different and the t5 would be nowhere near as practical!

Should have added the chemicals to the water. That way you would hae a true representation since the chemicals attack the toilet paper and dissolve it too.

Not a great comparison.....you should have used cheap supermarket toilet paper which is basically what the cassette specific stuff is.We used to use thetford toilet paper until we realised how much we were getting ripped off......supermarket value toilet roll disfolves just as well and better in some cases.
