I think the vibration is due to slight differences in timing, some bikes are good some are bad.But they are all the same specs? so they should be all the same .If the spark ignites the fuel at exactly top dead centre, the con rod holds the pressure until it passes and then the gas expands and pushes the piston down smoothly. But if the gas explodes slightly after top dead centre, its like a hammer hitting the top of the piston. Theirs the vibration. Their will always be some vibration on a single banger but not as some as some are reporting. Another thing to bear in mind ..after the bike is run in and the bores have their glaze, think about adding a capful of Wynns any more than a capful and the wet clutch will slip, which tells you that the added slipperiness to the moving parts, prevents wear by a massive amount. I did this to a Honda twin and after sixty thousand miles checked the bore and their was no hint of a ring groove at the top of the stroke.

In my case , the whining noise was caused due to the roller bearing provided with the plate got eroded in the first run itself. My trusted mechanic re installed a similar bearing from an abandoned / donor clutch housing. The sound is minimal now.Vibrations definitely come down though.

Btw I also installed the carberry plate & while my GT has become very smooth I'm also getting this weird sound from the chamber. I belive RE Engines don't really have very precision manufactured crankshafts and they have a inherent play, which is why probably RE kept a big wide gap on the original plate to provide for the crankshaft to move. There are tons of videos on youtube showing crankshaft balance issues causing sounds, piston slap etc.

Why royal Enfield classic 350 engene to much sound what problem

Raj they fooled you... by placing a same.plate from another company (😂😂😂) you can reduce the vibrations and sound. Why not RE is doing so ?

Why is the classic 350 gunmetal grey giving a problem in gear shifting, it's not smooth and it becoming neutral while you change from 1 to 2 gear and alot of vibration

In re the engine mount should be of rubber mount not directly to the chassis as other bikes so then you can reduce engine vibration to some extent not fully it's an single cylinder with lot of unbalanced rotating heavy parts 😀

I have Carberrry plate installed on my 350 Classic. Testing it for last 4 days and i can confirm there is a improvement. Acceleration feels more refined. You can say there is 15-20% less vibrations. But 3k for the plate that's for the buyer to decide. Edit: forget to mention I haven't noticed any noise all is well and mine is a 1.5 year old bike 24k-km done.

You have to remove a dovel (a pin ) as well When you remove the stock plate . Thats what is causing the issues

You are fitting it incorrectly. You should put that inner part first and then the bigger plate.
