Canada's Boreal Forests remove about 35b tons of CO2 from the atmosphere per year, that's more CO2 than the top 10 polluting countries emits... it isnt about the environment...

The weather network Cost billions to make. Still shit at reporting weather. Perhaps they should give it up. I am able to look out a window to see the weather outside.

30 billion dollars can go along way to improving the lives of Canadians. For one it can be used to grow the infrastructure and water usage for aboriginal peoples and their communities. 30 billion dollars can be used to build mode homes , grow the north. 30 billion dollars can be used to bring investors which brings jobs to Canada

This is a massive wealth redistribution to give more to those countries that are behind us in the evolution forward.

Roger Palmer has a chapter called "Understanding Climate Change" and a good series of videos on youtube. Patrick moore points out at 150ppm, plants die and life on earth as we know it ends. It was 180ppm when humans started combusting hydrocarbons. We likely averted the end of life on earth. There's some point at which CO2 is a problem, no scientist convincingly knows when it is or why (it's probably not the greenhouse effect - see happer and wijngaarden article about physics based modeling of greenhouse effect, the effect is not linear, each doubling of co2 might increase average temperature 0.8). Earth is greening significantly. There are serious environmental and resource limitation issues, I don't think CO2 in the next couple hundred years is one of them.
