I arrive in Carcassonne and I amazed at this Massive Castle.
Carcassonne, a hilltop town in southern France’s Languedoc area, is famous for its medieval citadel, La Cité, with numerous watchtowers and double-walled fortifications. The first walls were built in Gallo-Roman times, with major additions made in the 13th and 14th centuries. Château Comtal, a 12th-century castle within the Cité, offers archaeological exhibits and a tour of the inner ramparts.

What an amazing castle that is. Massive!! All I was waiting for was a Rapunzel letting down her golden hair for Mr King to climb up and do his thing. Oh la la!! 😂🤣😂

Visited that place on the way home from a euro lambretta about 10 years ago.. we had a night getting drunk in the bar in there. Fascinating place.

Huge castle mate, to heat that fkkr lots of wood, coal and manpower serfs, nice village, great see everything open to visit and open spaces, not Thailand prices,

It's so cheap to use your card abroad as you get the best rates from your bank, and they only normally charge you a few pence. I normally don't use money as it's a worse deal, Sean. HSBC its just 2.75%, eg, and you get a better rate in the first place. Normally no minimum fee, either.

If you would walk to your left instead of walking right all the time you probably could have gotten inside the castle I might be wrong but i have noticed every time to go left or right you always go right 👍
