Be aware that inside armor is very hot and nit to mention the sun's heatheating your armor, i recomend bright colors than dark since darker colors absorb more heat.

Also your swords and shields performed well, did you guys hit with strength or a weaker hit? Also you should finish the gothic set and use tge bec de corbbin ot zwëihander.
I like to make my stuff with less realism and more toughness, it still looks nice and it doesn’t look dumb and unrealistic but it doesn’t look like any classic knight armor, I focus more on layers and stability so if I stab my shield with a knife or something sharp it will barely pierce and my stuff will last a long time in battle too, also I could hit my sword as hard as I could against a tree and it wouldn’t break, but I put metal wrapped in tinfoil in my weapons.
Great! That’s a good goal to follow. Yeah I used to just go off of art and fictional characters as inspiration but then I decided real and practical. and if it broke, I would try again and try to make it more durable each time!
@@MarksWorkshopcrft yea I did try to do that but instead I just made stuff form pictures of real stuff, and if it didn’t exactly resemble it I didn’t care and just left it how it was and it looked better then the actual thing sometimes
