Join Craig for an interval style treadmill workout.
Craig picks a walking and running speed to suit him, and to maintain an RPE of 13. Your speed may be different to Craig's, please find a steady walking speed and a faster walking speed that suit you.
If you find it more difficult please slow your speed, or if you find it too easy try to increase it a little.
This can be used as a stand-alone workout or as part of a larger workout if you have more equipment.
As always, only exercise if you are feeling well. Don't exercise if you have had a change in symptoms. Don't forget to warm up thoroughly before beginning this exercise, and cool down afterwards. If prescribed, always keep your inhaler and GTN spray close by.
Always slow down steadily before stopping.
