Cardio Dance - Run Di Road 

A little change of pace (and style!). This was still a great workout, and I'm so proud we got to dance to an ENTIRE TRACK!
We dance every MONDAY at 5.30pm at CountryFit Gym Mudgee NSW (Australia). This class is open to all levels of fitness and dance ability --- it's all about moving your body in a fun and nurturing environment!
