Cardio Dance - Finally 

Dipping our toes into HOUSE! Lots of fast footwork = plenty of cardio! Nonetheless it was all fun and a great workout.
We dance every MONDAY at 5.30pm at CountryFit Gym Mudgee NSW (Australia). This class is open to all levels of fitness and dance ability --- it's all about moving your body in a fun and nurturing environment!
