Yo 🤘 nice workout...and it's knee friendly...bring in more hip hop...with these kickboxing sessions...if I only I'd known about you before...as it is really enjoyed it..hook squat..I just did hook hook duck...to dodge my opponents... bring on more kickboxing 😊
