This is exactly what I am looking for : non-jumping version of cardio kickboxing workout. No jumping definitely doesn't means lower intensity, as the kickboxing movements involve larger activities on both upper and lower body. Super sweaty and get my average heart rate to 165. Burned 420kCal in total. Particularly love your dance cardio and kickboxing HIIT, and this will be my second beloved Eleni's workout (The first is Latin Dance HIIT :D ) . Thank our for uploading this outstanding workout.

That’s so true, no jumping doesn’t mean lower intensity. Sometimes I think it’s even harder because it requires intense muscle control. Especially the way our dear Eleni choreographs. 🙂

Wow!!!! Another AMAZING no jumping, all-standing cardio workout by @elenifit ! Super sweaty and fun!!!! This one is going in my Eleni Fit favorites playlist! As someone who has a bad knee, your all-standing, no jumping cardio workouts are, without question, the best out there! I very much appreciate your willingness to keep producing these fantastic videos for all of us out there that just can't do the jumping around like we used to (55 years young here!). Whew! Low impact does not mean low calorie burn. I burned 420kCal in total and seriously sweating. I did up the ante a little bit and added 1lb wrist weights to my hands. More of these please!

How do you calculate how many calories you burn? That is what I would like the canal to add.

@@sophiedenoulet437it’s usually pretty inaccurate. Focus on TDEE, not “calorie burn” from a workout.

I love this kickboxing session the most among all your previous kickboxing classes! The seemingly low impact movements surely aren't low intensity at all...feeling so light-minded and confident after this 45 minutes that flew by! Lots of support from Hong Kong

I don't know what will be more addictive, the music or the movements, surely it's their combination; I only know that I did this workout twice, and I will include it in my repertoire at least once a week. Thanks Eleni for cheering up this beginning of the month with this amazing routine.💪👸🏼

I've been doing Pilates HIIT with Eleni for almost 2 months. I love the multi-tasking: cardio and toning together. During the first week of working out, I did this kickboxing workout. It was challenging. I decided after 2 months,I should probably change up the workouts a bit, so plan to do a cardio workout 1 of my 6 workouts/week. The rest will be more pilates inspired. I did this kickboxing workout yesterday and it was SO MUCH EASIER than when I did it 7 weeks ago. It was a great workout - but I was able to give it my all, felt like I had a great workout and felt good - not exhausted when finished. I believe that's because of the fitness I'm gaining from Pilates. Saving this one, but back to Pilates today. Thank you Eleni!

I usually forget to say, Eleni you are excellent in choosing the music. 😄I was almost exhausted in the last 10% (esp I have finished a pilates HIIT and a 5000-step beforehand😂) but the music helped me to keep up. No words are needed. No talking. Just followed the beat and I smashed it!

Started my day with 5,000 steps then some kick boxing and some HIIT fat burning moves. I really enjoy your music and low impact moves not to mention I’m turning into quite the boxer 😆😆 It’s really enjoyable, my kick range has really improved over time with you. Thank you ❤

Positively obsessed with your videos! I love how you included a slower movement with the leg extensions in this. I added some very light hand weights to get a little extra challenge for my arms. Another great workout, keep up the fantastic work!
