Cardio Power Chair Workout is a fat burning seated fitness exercise at a faster pace, but easy, non complex cardio moves, to get your heart rate up, burning fat and losing weight.

Seniors, baby boomers and everyone else take the challenge! Don't settle for the same old slow boring chair workout. Add some adventure to your life!
It is recommended that you should exercise at least 20 minutes a day. It also recommended that you do at least 1 day of strength training but 2 days with a 48 hour rest in between would be better. Exercising regularly will help you obtain the status of being fit. What is meant by the state of being fit? The ability to do everyday chores without any struggle. Plus by doing this on a regular basis your mental health will become sharper and you will be able to manage stress and your emotions better. This is the state of wellness of the body soul and mind. Thank you so much 🤗 I’ve been doing your low impact chair cardio for over a week now. Decided to try this and failed big time 😊 but that’s ok, I got some of a few done, stopping and going through to the end so I made it, partially 😉 Wish I had found you last year. I’ve gained a lot of weight since the shutdown last March. Being inside I became sedentary and just this June 2021 was diagnosed with Stage 3B Chronic Kidney Disease. It’s a hot mess, and I started to shut down, but your voice and spirit brought me directly out of the haze. I can do this, with your videos, thank you 🙏🏽 They say there’s no cure for CKD, but God sent me to your page and I believe He heals. I’m going to keep trying! Glad you have lots of videos 🥰 Take care of yourself and peace and blessings to you. Keep moving 👍🏽

Thank you for sharing your story. God can do the impossible according to his will and purpose. I can tell you that when I went through cancer surgery, I did not think at one point I was going to make it. I was in so much pain, But in the midst of it I said to God, you are not taking the pain away but you are with me, then I went to sleep and woke up that morning and here I am today, Be encouraged,

Your energy is infectious, and what a fun workout! I am recovering from a broken ankle and can't put weight on that side for at least 8 weeks. This helped me realize that there is still so much I CAN do, and my mood and body are happy I found this today. Much thanks!!

This is wonderful. I have a hip issue that limits my aerobic activity, I have to avoid any high impact stuff. This helps me get a nice workout to raise my heart rate without having to put strain on my hip. I’ve modified the leg movements to my need, but keeping those arms moving the entire time. Love your energy. Great video! Thank you!
