I lost my dad to a heart attack almost 10 years ago. The coroner stated it was Cardiomyopathy. He was only 49 years old. This video has helped inform me more about the disease that I had no idea about. Thankyou.

Tbh this doesn't make me feel any better because i don't know if any of these are in my family history. I know cancer is as well as a brain aneurysmd. Honestly i probably have bogger worries than my heart considering my mother has seizures.. still i try to get seen for any abnormal heart activity at least. They just haven't found anything wrong i guess. At least they haven't found anything concerning.
