Автор хорошо показал схему кровеобращения, но с регулированием кислорода возникают противоречия. Концентрация водорода пропорциональна квадратному корню парциального давления в газовой фазе. Кислород не может быть извлечен в свободном состоянии. У кислорода парциальное давление ниже чем у водорода и азота, поэтому его сложнее выделить в свободном состоянии. Чем выше давление, тем больше газа растворяется, понижение давления уменьшает растворимость газов. В лёгочной вене приходящей через лёгкие в левое предсердие, самое низкое артериальное давление. При таком артериальном давлении кислород не может быть поглощаем в кровеносную систему. Это является проблемой для автора видеоролика, излагающего общее ошибочное понимание регуляции кислорода.

I'm in my first year (2 months in) of an adult nursing degree - 24 years since I last studied any science at GSCE level and my A-levels and degree were all arts based - I feel each of those years in our lectures and I can't put into words how much these videos have taught me already - It literally feel like magic how much I understand and take in from these. Will be passing the links for all of the others on my course. Thanks so much.

You are correct, a vein is any vessel that carries blood towards the heart, not the lungs. Well spotted.

Im sorry, I do not know anything about scholarships. May be someone else reading your comment may know something. In fact, in the UK overseas students are usually charged more than local students, so it's very difficult. Current university fees are £9, 000 per year, in addition you would need travel and living expenses.

u said that 2/3 blood directly flows from the Pul.vein to the ventricle...? how it is possible ??? is it tahg the valve is always open....??? and why 1/3 is pushed by the atrial kick???

Asmasi Yasar Yes of course. He also means that blood in veins returns to the heart, not the lungs. I suppose he means to say to the heart, or from the lungs. He was looking at the right side of the picture, which is the anatomical left, but hes talking as well as guiding so expect a couple of accidental slips haha.

Dr. John Campbell Of course I would, it’s not just me it’s also another (478) 1st year medical students who took this information wrongly but after all in our countries pronunciation isn’t a big deal since we are going to speak Arabic most of the time even though thank you a lot for this correction and I will tell my professor as soon as possible
