Yes ,its good for 0-3 years...in between,Candidate has to find a new place to work..because they won't give contract renewal for old staffs...thet try to create more vacancies and do further recruitment...Also has to pay service charge of around 6 lakh and other expenses comes around 2-3 lakh....
It depends on the company where you come and work. There are people working for years and leading a family life there. Always check where you are going to work before coming. There is no free visa or job finder visa in Malta
Undoubtedly Malta is the best place to practice Nursing in Europe, very lovely place and less stress ;; However, Sathyan chetta lots of misleading talks ; there is no PR in Malta ; it’s called long term resident ( need to renew every 5 years ) ; candidates needs to pass Maltese language level 2 exam , and eu cultural studies: Secondly , there won’t be any citizenship in Malta 🇲🇹 for foreign nationals; ( may be after 18 years you can apply but still doubtful))) Then again Diploma nurses are not eligible to apply for Malta nurses registration;; only Bsc or Msc nurses ;; You can cross check with Malta nursing council ; But Malta has the best healthcare care system in Europe and everything else will ready in time except IMMIGRATION;; Buying house in Malta is a Huge task :;; the tax is heavy ; No benefits for first time buyers: Check the number of Kerala people who owns a home Malta , may be 5 ??
