I recently visited couple of hospitals tpa where i enquired about which health insurance process is smooth and they said hdfc se koi problem nahi aata hai easily hota hai and for care when i asked they said query bahait raise karte hai , hdfc lelo sahi rahega
As far as I am concerned this company is not good at all for anyone as have it and I heaving to regards by choosing this to my family! Never go fro it ! I am talking about( care helth insurance)
Not a good company for health insurance, they are just looking for a reason to reject your claim. Don't buy care health insurance if you care about your family and money.
Jab koi client ataa hai mediclaim policy lene toa mediclaim insurance company ne particular client ka medical checkup kar ke hi usey policy dene chahiye fir toa koi bhi claim reject nahi ho sakta Magar insurance company aise karti nahi yahi par saara raaj chupa hota hai
CSR ratio is compared with HDFC ERGO but does IRDAI shares CSR for general insurance companies by considering only health insurance plan they sold? Or it includes all types of insurances?

I came to know about the so called company when I took my family to get their helth check up / annual health checkup in Chandigarhas I also have the Health Insurance of so cold company , Indeed I got shocked by seeing the standard of clinic where there they send us to get our physical check up, althought I am a small employees of a government department but by thinking about my family's helth I also got done the plan of 1 crore for it I pay 60 thousand par year . Not only I have done but also I made my many friends to do it , I really regret myself now . And one more thing after having done the policy they don't even answer our email ! Please just stay away from such as company even they don't have a card to provide thir customer let alone doing somthing else to customer 😢
if i reside in zone 2 and pay premium of zone 2 . Can i take treatment directly anywhere in india in zone 1 cities, even for small disease or hospitalisation without any copayment?

All Insurance companies will give claim to corporates immediately and also their premium will also be less. So comments of general public and corporate employees should be tagged separately.
They wint accept your claim , inlost money and paid amount at hospital Apps not working Phone not answering Whatsapp bot is a mess Emails are not answering Lost premium amount and hospitalization expenses on this compamy Go to other companies if peace of mind is priority
Chor company agent bhi comission k lalach mai custs ki policy renew karva dete hai or bad mai kuch sunte nahi hai or sab kuch company pe thop dete hai ldh se agent ajay madan agent ne bhi mere saath asse hi Kiya hai and mera bhi claim reject kar diya company ne vaha pe agent ajay madan jinhone gurantee de kar policys karvai thi ya renew karvayi thi unhone kuch nahi kiya time aane pe
Care Health Insurance is garbage. they are showing the best plan but NO Claim acceptance. Most of the Claim reject. Rubbish is Company. Last 9 Months taking the followup and Not Ready to Reigister the Claim.
worst comapny to buy health insurance from them, they won't clear your claim ever, they will ask for inlogical questions and medical documents from the star
Please do not buy the insurances from this company they are Furad. I have suffered too much from them. It's a Fack company, please do not waste time and money. Requesting not to buy from them. they are 3rd class employee and customer support.
