As part of our #HospiceCareWeek celebrations, our Winchester and Countess of Brecknock hospices came together with St. Michael's Hospice for a conversation on care.
Together, we shared how we collaborate for the benefit of our population, celebrated our successes over the last year and looked ahead at our plans for the future.
