I studied eee ,there wasn't a subject on vlsi , after doing Java full stack course opportunities were less , wanted to explore vlsi but went to software testing . Vlsi also getting crowded like IT , please choose your career in college itself ,don't do long term courses after college .Go for masters if you are serious in vlsi
I am currently pursuing Electrical Engineering, I wanted ECE but due to low rank i couldn't get that, is it possible for an electrical engineer to become an electronics engineer by putting some extra effort on common subjects and possibly doing Mtech in vlsi, embedded system or automation like subjects. I am studying this because I don't have any option. even I don't want to study, all these things which are studying in 1st and 2nd year I even don't know what is the use of it. It was like I am wasting my most important years in these useless things. Rohit I'm currently pursuing my bachelor's in mechatronics. im very much interested in studying vlsi but I'm very confused to study it because most of our seniors weren't allowed to attend companies like micron, synopsis because Mechatronics doesn't fall under their eligibility criteria for on campus so could you please help me
Studying only electronic engineering and getting degree doesn't provide enough skillset for job and they want minimum 1 year of experience in the job domain, doing an internship is mandatory and in India most of the jobs are for design verification
Learn about Basic electronics(solid foundation) and simultaneously make projects using microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32 board then go for esp32 hardcore microcontroller. sabse pahle foundation banao in electronics taaki tum components ki working samjh sako then go for PCB design
There is no tier 2 college. It is either tier 1 college where companies like faang for computer science or nvidia,qualcomm,texas instruments,intel visits for electronics, or a tier 3 college where mass recruiters recruits for a salary packege of 3lpa.
