I hope they use different workmen because everyone in caymanas country club has to change their tiles it just pops up so easily and they turn the door to open on the inside and when you move in the same workmen asking if you would your door to be open on the outside and please take note of all fixtures because it seems like they have no supervisor.

Persoms have to be consistent when calling. Have your pre approval letter. There is also so much hidden cost that is not mentioned that amount to about an additional 1M outside the 15%. Two phases completely sold out, clusters are named after places in Canada.

The housing prices in Jamaica are like a runaway train with no brakes on… if lower and middle income Jamaicans can’t afford homes; then eventually we are going to experience mayhem in the society…the chasm between the have and have nots is getting way too wide…we need more affordable homes for the masses along with improved infrastructure….Imagine a natural disaster in Portmore what will happen….Spanish Town or KPH hospitals would buckle under pressure…..a hospital is very much needed….

Are the residents of Portmore advocating for a hospital? How far is the closest one? Considering that so many people live there and with some many new developments in the pipeline, and talks of it being a parish, it needs its own hospital.

I would love to get a house over there but I am a senior and is afraid because portmore is so big and no hospital if you are sick you have to go to U C or Spanish town hospital uc too far and Spanish town is a no no lot of people turn off because of no hospital

Kemtek is a much better professional developer! New Era full a shit! Money making thing dem deh pon tru ppl a flock them. They are dishonest in their dealings and reassign lots from ppl lack professionalism.....them sick stomach! Furthermore caymans nuh all that because ppl a jump the wall and break in over deh so them can keep them development. Thank God other developers are in Jamiaca making even better units and offerings so them can stay right weh them deh

Once they get the grass and greenery in place it will look more homely. These are good for JA in a way, but it's a far cry from the freedom of not living in a gated community. I love staying in the country district I stay with family when I'm in JA in South Manchester.
