You, the Cruising Canucks, are so delightful. The information that you have given to me about cruising has been awesome. I love you and I wish you all the best in your lives and in your cruising.
We loving hearing things like this. We post our experiences, and hope that people have a chance to learn a few helpful things. If folks can laugh along with us and cry a bit with us, then we know they've felt it much like we did in the moment.
Definitely agree. Unfortunately, we.have been unable to travel when school is in session, because Mrs. Canuck works in the school system. Two more days and that will no longer be an issue!😉
Really enjoyed your Caribbean Princess videos as we will be on her in October 2023 and you have reassured me we won’t feel it’s a step down from the Royal class.
I'm going on my first ever cruise in February on the Caribbean Princess so I've been binge watching your Princess cruise videos! Thank you from a fellow Canadian!
Like to get up early and get to the MDR when it opens. Don't get up early for a deck chair. Don't like to sit out on an open deck a lot. Would look to dessert menu first then check for the vegetarian meal. Like tea time. On my last Princess Cruise went to tea time on our sea day. The service isn't as good as it used to be. Princess should restore the complimentary pizza. Cruise lines should be making smaller ships not larger ships. My wife would like the pistachio Chocolate Dome. Get up at 0600 hours, but, don't like to try to find a seat on an open deck. Like to have breakfast in the MDR, unless they throw me out, then later go to the buffett. Give up on the deck chair. Between the cooking class and the wine tasting it will be a full day.
My husband is very much an early morning person and I am definitely a night owl. He thinks if you're not up with the birds then you're wasting your day, and he would 100% agree with Jerry's thinking, lol. I love the footage of the Good Spirits bar, that venue definitely intrigues me and it's one of the places we're looking forward to experiencing. It's a shame the "Love & Marriage" show was so crowded. I was wondering if you really noticed how many passengers were aboard on a day-to-day basis, or only during times like that?
We found you had to pick your spots. Avoiding the atrium was usually a win for avoiding crowds - there was on bar there we never even had a chance to sit at, since it was so busy. On our Europe cruise the roles have reversed for some reason - with respect to who is up first.
How was the heat in July? My wife and i are thinking about a cruise and July is the only time we can travel. I expect it to be hot, but is it oppressive? We're from Michigan, so we're used to weather not much different from Canada.
Yep - we are full capacity here in Europe right now. The good ole days of half capacity are gone- but on a positive note, so are the masks and testing. A little give and take.
