Carioca Recipe: 1 cup glutinous rice flour 1/2 cup water or coconut milk Mix until it forms a play-dough consistency (Add more flour to adjust consistency) Make small balls (about an inch diameter) and poke small holes Fry the balls in oil on medium heat until they float to the top For the coating: In a pan, add oil and 1/4 cup brown sugar until the sugar melts/becomes a paste Add the fried balls and stir until the balls are fully coated Take the balls out of the oil and drain. Skewer about 2-3 balls and enjoy!

Sabi ng iba kailangan daw tusokin para hindi siya pumutok pagpretohin mo na. At kailangan tumagos sa kabila ang tusok. Ako kasi hindi tumagos kaya pumutok pa rin siya. Yun pala ang trick kailangan all the way through.

Adding too much water, adding glutenous flour, adding water again, repetitive, remember youre on demo,you must know the perfect measurements....sorry dant finish your demo...change channel.....
