@@TheSunshinefee I usually sit down on chair or I take meditation posture. at very begin I only ask Divinity to clear program/memories or just clear what is best to me to clear. You do not need to thing much about it. Divinity knows you better than you. From this point stop focussing about the ptoblem and repat 4 sentences around. Focus on them. If in your mind appears something else, it means that it is clearing out. Do not follow that thougts and memories, let them pass away... keep focus on 4 sentences... nothing more. there could be some feelings as well. keep focus on 4 sentences. (I love you, I am sorry, Please foregive me, Thank you) ... I do that also in the car during driving. Do not listen music on that time. Stay foused on 4 sentences. You do not need to feel anything special. Just repeat 4 sentences. Do not push yourself or Divinity. This proces is not about changing anything it is about asking Divinity to change them for you and this world. You do nothing, Divinity do all. You are just asking.... and asking... and askingg whith 4 sentences. There is no time limit. Somtimes 2 minutes, sometimies 20 minutes. You will know.
Everyone has different. Sometimes it is came and piece, sometimes you cry. sometimes you noticed nothing, or something, or you notice how shaked you are inside. sometimes after sesion you may experience very different things in your lafe you never experienced before, usually nice things. Sometimes you will experience the truth about you and you will see you are acting like a child, or you will notice you are manipulating others. And finaly you learn from all thoses things how to be better one. you are gradually become more peacfull, have more compasion, forgivnes and so on. Better things starts to come to your life. You will notice that anger you had is less and less, or simlar things/feelings. But sometimes the feelings want to pass away and you will experience them strongly than sit down and do ho'oponopono... after 20 minutes thay have gone. (and again... :)

Ho'oponopono is a life changing practice which seems simple for starter but hard to persist. ❤ It always comes with a drama and you will feel why everything opposite is happening where I am supposed to be happy and joyful. Now that's the catch, when you start cleaning you have more cleaning to do, for eg - when you clean a house which isn't cleaned for the longest, what do you expect? You expect it to get more Messier at first as more dust would pile up and finally it gets cleaned when you keep cleaning!! That's what Ho'oponopono is all about. But as I said, expect drama.. things might make you more sad and anxious and helpless only to make you feel fantastic in the end..All is well when ends well..❤ More power to you!

if someone is keeping me awake all night and I am working the next day ..I feel the pain of no rest ..not sure how to get rid of my fury ..anyone any idea's ...tried to talk with the person ..should I have worked on myself first ? is it too late ? I Just want to move .
I know this is an old post. Just wanted to say there's likely no point in talking to someone who injures you. If you had an attitude about them and about your work that was perfect you might not take their attacks personally. It might take a PhD in psychology and psychic ability to understand why they are attacking you. In a way it is you that they are attacking, and in a way they are just striking out from their own trauma. Moving can be helpful, there's a good chance of meeting a similar abusive person down the road.

A lot of psychopaths are attracted to that profession. I think he explained it pretty well, if the people are showing up in front of you, it's something in you, and a sign to work on yourself. Take responsibility. I suppose a surgeon should take responsibility for patients to render aid as much as they can, what if they also took spiritual responsibility, could it have a positive impact? Some doctors want to do surgeries for the paychecks. Their eyes light up with greed at the prospect of doing a surgery.
