The answer is meditation. What irritates me is he never seems to mention the obvious, which is meditation. When he talks of 'cleaning', it is actually referring to the process of getting rid of the constant chatter in our minds, and the images and memories going through it. God, Divinity, Cosmic Consciousness or whatever name you want to call it is that Silence, Void that cannot be picked up by rational thought. Man's sense of what is right or wrong comes from our deep connection to Source. This Source is Consciousness. Consciousness is the spiritual Higher Self that we are all connected to. This spiritual Higher Self is connected to Cosmic Consciousness that pervades all existence within and without. How do we make this deep connection to our Inner or HIgher Self and to God or Cosmic Consciousness? We make this connection when we still the chatter of our thoughts and lead our awareness away from the five senses and into the Silence and Void of our own Consciousness. It is in Silence that we begin to perceive the Inner Reality that is behind all that is. This is meditation. Hence why it is written in the bible, 'Be still and know that I am God'. Still what? What must you still in order to know God? Still your mind! Still your thoughts completely so that your awareness is focused upon that apparent Nothingness and Silence. A vacuum is produced and in that special moment, the vacuum will be filled with the presence of God (in religious term) or Cosmic Consciousness. It is in Silence and meditation we begin to bridge our connection to Source or God. Before you attempt to focus on that Void and Silence, you first have to train yourself to keep your thoughts still - achieve the power of concentration. You cannot focus on the Void or Consciousness if your thoughts are intruding or jumping around. Because thoughts pull you back to the five senses of your body. Hence, you first train yourself to focus on an image, mantra, or whatever until you can focus on it without slipping into thoughts. Once you achieve that strength of fixed, unwavering concentration, then you focus your fixed attention upon the Void or Nothingness behind the image. You are now focusing your ‘awareness’ (with no thoughts intruding) upon the Silence and Void. Eventually a vacuum is created and in one blessed moment it will be filled by the Presence of God or Divine Consciousness and you will know with absolute certainty that you are in the presence of the Divine Power behind all things. What few realize is that the body and all seemingly physical things are not matter but energy. Our physical form is made of molecules, molecules are made of atoms, atoms are made of electrons, and electrons are made of life force or energy. And energy is Consciousness. Your consciousness is connected to the all-pervading spiritual Consciousness of the Universe. Nothing is solid. Everything ultimately is a Sea of vibratory Consciousness. In other words, everything is Mind. And the energy inherent is Love. Religion is a man-made, quick-fix attempt at defining God. Through religion, Man brings God down to his own level of human interpretation - creating artificial dogmas, interpretations and practices, thus distorting the true essence of God. Every religion is coloured by different cultures and politics. As in a prism, God’s true nature is refracted. God is the single white light that hits the prism of humanity and refracts into separate, different colours. Bring all colours of religion together and you have one single source - the white light of God. Truth is in spirituality and not in religion. God or Cosmic Consciousness is bigger than religion. Read up books by Paul Brunton or any other spiritual master on the practice of meditation.

The HOW is the business part. First you are told you have a problem. If you want to have it fixed please get a $100 membership and buy a $5000 course. That's how self proclaimed gurus manifest money. Less than a 1% of these youtube channels are genuine. Most of them are just following a trend that gives them an opportunity to make buck. BUT: I am not saying this stuff doesn't work. Just don't pay for something you can get for free. How to get it for free? Get a $100 membership and buy a $5000 course and I'll tell you 😄

Thank you for being honest and saying what you really think and feel no matter what. That is authentic and brave. I also agree with what you said.

G. Ghara Ward MD wrote a really interesting book review for the book Zero limits which is about this storey. He was a Dr at the Hawaiian State Hospital at the time and says it's completely false. I'm not saying that mantras aren't amazing and don't heal or that something like this couldn't happen. I'm just saying I think this is false. G. Gharda Ward MD 1.0 out of 5 stars THIS BOOK IS TOTALLY FALSE Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2014 I am a Board-Certified Psychiatrist. In 1987 I worked at Hawaii State Hospital. ON THEIR FORENSIC UNIT, where Joe Vitale says these "miracles" took place. I can assure you this is completely phony and false. IT NEVER HAPPENED. There were no psychotic murderers and rapists that were "cured" by this Ho'oponopono. It is false and mis-leading. Many of the things in the book are completely untrue. There were no car washes (can you imagine letting murderers and rapists off the unit to go outside and wash cars?), patients did not walk around in shackles nor were they held for long periods in seclusion. This is a STATE HOSPITAL!! Can you imagine what would happen if the Honolulu Advertiser (the local paper) had gotten wind of these patients being allowed outside? What if one of them escaped?? The Doctor, the hospital administrator, heck, the Governor of the state would be in big trouble. Think about it!! The events described in the book simply did not happen. PERIOD!! Joe addresses these issues in Atzero by saying that if it didn't happen it doesn't matter. Sorry Joe, that baloney doesn't wash in the light of reality. Joe bases the ENTIRE BOOK and Atzero on the premise that it DID work. If it didn't happen as Hew Len said it did and as Joe "believes" then there is no validity to the book. THIS WHOLE BOOK IS BASED ON A MYTH, NOT ON REALITY!! Don't get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with the 4 magic sentences. There is nothing wrong with loving people or asking for forgiveness or trying to be as kind and thoughtful as one can be. And there is nothing wrong with myths. But anyone who "believes" that repeating a mantra, no matter how well being it might be, can cure a whole ward full of psychotic criminals lives in Fantasyland. The book should be labeled a fairytale, because that's what it is. It should sit on the same shelf as the books that say, "When you wish upon a star......."
