Finally got to show you guys around the Carlos Bakery headquarters, Lackawanna! Carlo’s Bakery and Fiore’s Deli in one day= a full And happy belly🤣❤️I just love getting to see my Carlo’s Bakery Famiglia because every time I see them we get reminisce about the old times and I get to see my baby brother Buddy and my love work so hard along with our incredible staff❤️ My dad would have been so proud of the business and even more proud to see my brother take this bakery to the top❤️ Our factory is filled with so many good people who have become our family over the many years! Danny has been with us almost as long as I have been on this planet, it’s crazy to think about! I held Maria when she was a baby, and worked with her mom when we were kids! Now she has her own baby boy and works alongside her cousin Antionetta who’s also been here for years and so was her mom❤️ Carlo’s Bakery is truly a family business! Grace and Lisa have such a great team of boss ladies who help keep this bakery up and running. And oh boy my Nat she started off as a sales associated, then our cookie girl and now she’s decorating cakes like a professional!❤️ I love that girl, she’s been with us for 15 years and I love her like my own! If you haven’t caught on to the theme already, everyone here is related! We have 3 generations of families that have worked for us and countless siblings, cousins, friends, etc. We don’t lie about Carlo’s being a family run business! People like Natalie, Andrew, Anna, Karen, Maria, Antionetta and so many more make this place the best ❤️
