I love this chukka. I’m a sucker for a nice split toe and the lacing system is quite interesting. Kostas, you continue to do everything right. I enjoy watching you build your brand, putting in the work necessary to become a world class shoe legend. I think that within what I have left of my lifetime you will become known as one of the greats.

I spotted these chukkas in the first part of your series and I've been patiently waiting for you to get to them. This is a beautiful Chukka!. I've been wanting a split-toe chukka. So, I've purchased a pair of museum cognac - soho chukkas from Cobbler Union. I'm glad to see that Carlos Santos now has a pair and sued! I would like to see these with a York Sole (half leather/half rubber). I hope these become available while we are still in the winter season. I don't tend to wear suede in the summer. Really great series, Kostas :-)

I like this model. I too would prefer a rubber sole option.

Hi Kostas. I like these as configured for spring, summer and fall. I already have the Carlos Santos Chukka’s with the Dainite and a couple other similar styles with vibram soles. I would prefer closed channel stitching but note a deal breaker. Looking forward to seeing when you launch them. BTW, you could do a version for next winter with vibram/dainite.

Good looking shoes but rubber sole works better in my opinion

I don’t think it would look better as rubber soles have a thicker profile. This model is supposed to be spring, maybe summer and autumn where you want something light on your feet. If people request a rubber sole we would do that instead.

I normally wear a 12EEE in dress shoes and boots and a size 13 in sneakers. For your dress shoes and boots, is there a Carlos Santos last you would recommend for wide feet?
