So, I wanted to do something a little special for getting 10k subscribers, so I decided to release one of the songs from Carly's absolutely amazing Victoria show. I wish I had filmed this song, mostly because it was the live debut, however, I didn't know she would be debuting this song that night, and I wasn't planning on filming any of the concert, simply because of the setup of the show and the theatre itself, which lends itself to incredible audio but not the greatest video, as well as the fact that I had already captured such amazing close-up footage of her in Vancouver. I do regret not filming this moment though. So, instead, I've put together some pictures from that night, along with the audio. Personally I think the audio for this entire concert turned out as one of the best I've recorded, and it reminds me of the old live recordings on cassette tapes. (If you don't know what a cassette tape is, ask your parents.) Anyways, I hope some people will enjoy it at least. To be honest, I prefer this more stripped-down version to the more heavily synth-laden originally released track, but that is just me...
