Yeah, I got hurt on the ropes course, but it was super fun! Watch the whole thing, to see when I fell off the tricky bridge, and my redemption afterwards.
Ropes Course is included in the cruise fare and no reservation needed!
Weight requirement: 300lbs or less
Other requirements: closed-toe shoes and tshirt.
A must do on the ship, and also a super workout! Haha

Really like how you took the camera with you. Definitely a different view. I am not really afraid of heights, but not sure I could step out like that into midair! Also liked how Rob was filming from below. Thanks for taking one for the team!

I fell off the ropes course on the vista while it was at sea. scariest moment of my life. Thank god the harness saved me and I was able to get back up.

Hello from Oregon! Wow you are so brave and I am glad no serious injuries. I am not sure if I can do it too scare of heights. Thank you for capturing the rope challenge and all that entails.

Did they say anything about you bringing your camera? I have a head mounted GoPro which I hope I will be allowed to use on the Carnival Celebration next month.

When I used on the Mardi Gras it was allowed wrist mount and chest mount, on the ropes course, but not allowed on Bolt! Same for the Celebration on ropes course, although I was not able to book Bolt on Celebration so I can’t confirm if they changed rules on Bolt towards camera! Btw, book bolt asap, I didn’t care about going on til last day, and it was too late when I tried to book it there were no more spots available! Guga

Update: I used my GoPro head mount strap on the ropes course no problem last January on a B2B! I was not allowed to put the strap over my hat, had to be worn with no hat.@@GugaandRob

Can you do just the zip line and decide to exit or do you have to complete the whole thing

Once you’re in you have to go all the way around, if u dont want to do the zipline part there is another route! If you change your mind throughout the course and want to leave you have to check with a crew member and also consider if there is no people behind you that may be affected by your decision to go back! 🙂

I’m so glad to know that if you fall it’s super easy to get back up and get going again! I’m going on this cruise for the 2nd time in April and my main concern for the ropes course was what happens if you fall but this reassured me that if I fall I can just get back up and keep on going thank you!

Yeah! You feel very safe with the harness! I love the ropes course in all cruise ships specially the long ones with zip lines and plank over the water! Will you walk on the plank? I wanna know when you do! 😅 Thanks for watching!

You did amazing!! Thank you for posting, I love seeing the ropes course in action. I was worried about falling myself and didn’t know if I would be able to do it, but was going to try anyway. Your video was so helpful and fun! I will be sure to give you a big thank you when I make my video on the Vista next week!!!! Also I hope you didn’t hurt too bad and was back to normal very quickly!!
