The funny part is that this two scenes are basically parodies of two scenes from Kagetsu Tohya where they show Shiki's first meeting with Aoko and their meeting after the events of Tsukihime.

Pretty sure that I saw that scene in Tsukihime. IIRC clearing all 5 routes is required, then clicking somewhere near the center and you get this scene (no "Boy H" Plan though, regretably).

Well I do remember Kagetsu Tohya recycling some scenes as well so perhaps it was indeed there ans I just don't remember. Been a while since I played tsukihime.

As for how she got it, usually, when you're killed by a dead apostle you'll turn into one of The Dead - a mindless undead familiar. However, in rare cases where victim possesses a high amount of Od and/or Magic Circuits they'll turn into a Ghoul (not a mindless puppet like the dead, but it's intelligence is only at about the same level as a savage beast). Ghouls need to devour human flesh to reconstruct their bodies and restore their mind, after which they evolve into Vampires. A Vampire is basically a Dead Apostle with the exception that they are still bound to the will of the one who turned them and they become a full-fledged Dead Apostle after breaking free from said control. Now, in Satsuki's case, she had such a high magical potential that she skipped all of the above mentioned stages and jumped straight to dead apostle. High end too, since it usually takes them centuries to develop a Reality Marble. As far as pure stats are concerned, she's probably around the same level as weakest DAA.

And it still didn't matter, since the universe wanted her to suffer, so she got to die. Again.
