Very comprehensive review of the Cardinal Radiance Nice they were so helpful, most of the time, with gluetin free All about the food on a cruise, and well, drinks The music, dance and show too fun fun time. Cheers to the voyage Happy days👍

We're sorry to hear that but at least now he knows what to do and avoid to feel better. Luckily we had no issues on our trip, just be sure to tell the hosts and waiters about his allergy. One of the biggest things about living with it is not be shy about it with people who handle your food and if they can't give you a confident response about a dish, pass on it and go with something safe. Have a great cruise guys!!

Never been on a cruise but they look like they cater for everything. Plenty of entertainment and the food looked top notch. It's not Americans to have a buffet. The type of place to put on a few pounds I'd say but you're on vacation. The ship certainly didn't look 2 decades old 🙂

Cool review and highlights of the newly renovated ship. I did not know this was the Victory. You covered all the highlights and amenities well. A 3 day cruise itinerary is a great way to sample a cruise before you make the longer trip reservations. Looked like you had a great time exploring. Have a great day.

We enjoyed seeing the complete tour of the Carnival Radiance with you, Gina and Robert. Since we didn't see it in it's past we can't compare, but this sure looked nice! We would enjoy all the wonderful food (including gluten free) and entertainment. Not enough smoking prep for dancing to Zeppelin! It's a fine art. 😎😎 What? You watched the movie at the drive-in movie? The build your own pasta bar for lunch looked wonderful! We'd love the included dining options. Except the midnight buffet as we'd be sleeping. Yep. We're that exciting! Fun waterpark for those with kids. Nice looking stateroom. Had all the essentials and clothing space. Great 3 day getaway! Thanks so much for bringing us along. Would love to see Catalina Island too! Having never been on a cruise I think we'd love the food and entertainment the best.

WOW, Shaq's hands are unreal!!! I totally love that he has a tribute bar... great guy who's tons of fun. This ship really is huge. I always thought I'd feel claustrophobic on a cruise but this makes me question that thought.

We just got back from a Royal Caribbean cruise last week! I’ll need to sail on carnival someday. The pool entertainment looks so fun 😂😂 love the live music too. The radiance band looks great! Love seeing all of the food offerings, very cool they have a Guy’s burger joint. And a Shaq spot too! Looks like lots of great food spots. The steakhouse looks delicious. Great room tour! Awesome video as always! 😊💕

You guys should have a great time! If you like music and dancing there's plenty of that, if you just want to chill there's the serenity deck. There are all kinds of trivia and game shows to play that we didn't cover much but will try to next time. Plenty to enjoy.

Interesting to see the ship. Never cruised but who knows what`s next. Did stay one night on a cruise ship though and you showed it. We stayed a night on the Queen Mary but if it is haunted the ghosts stayed well away from us. Plenty to see and do on board. Some of the areas looked quite smart. The room looked pretty simple and basic.

Really loved the jazzy intro! These cruise ships are mind blowing now adays. Every time I see modern day cruise ships I think back to the Titanic and how those people would loose their minds about what we have now hahaha. What were your thoughts on a 3 day cruise? wow such a huge ship! Good tip for checking into the muster station as your first thing. Shame the comedy was a bit of a miss. Cool selection of music. Piano bar sounds cool :D the band at @8.00 were great x the outdoor movie looks fun :) the selection of food looks great. great tour :)

Looks a pretty nice ship. I'm not sure us reserved Brits would go for the entertainment at 05:00 but the food looked good and the cabins looked nice and clean.

I don't know about the hotels and shuttle service. We parked at the Carnival garage at the port. We will be sure to cover that next time!

My questions: Anyone can answer these questions would be greatly appreciated. I am questioning first the hours of operation of the restaurant's and their menus in advance so I can plan. I prefer to be served by a waiter but need to know which restaurants are included in the price of the oldschoolcruise because it seems to be different this would be dinner. We are allowed to have our lunch upon boarding on May 3rd correct? until restaurants or eateries are open until for lunch? Friday May 3rd. Which is what time and what restaurants???????????? I was looking online and I notice close down time is from 3-6 and is this correct?

We hope you guys have a great cruise in May! When we first boarded all the lunch places were open. The buffet did close down 3-6 so they can clean up and get ready for dinner service. I believe all the lunch options are included, no additional charges for lunch. I found this on carnivals web site for services times. Breakfast Buffet 7:30am - noon; Lunch Buffet and Specialty Stations 12:00pm - 2:30pm; Pizzeria 9:00am - 4:00am; Carnival Deli 11:00am - 11:00pm; Dinner 6:00pm - 9:30pm.

Are their things u can't bring onto the cruise? Like water Canister?

Most definitely, lots! Check out Carnivals FAQ here - www.carnival.com/help As far as water goes you can bring your own water on board BUT it has to be in cans or cartons and no more than 12 at a time. No glass or plastic bottles. You have to carry it on also, don't put it in your checked luggage they will take it.

This would be a decent introduction to cruising. The majority of food is included. The italian restaurant charges for their dinner service, but their lunch is complimentary, and the steakhouse is an extra charge.
