When you have a Carnival shore excursion booked and the cruise line cancels your excursion or the port is changed/canceled/moved the Shore Excursions desk on board will automatically cancel your excursion and add the refund to your on board account - you do not have to do anything. You can visit Guest Services and request a cash refund or you can use the credit on your account to book new excursions or to buy anything on board.
