I'm Keto, and I love making Carnivore ice cream with my machine. And yes, I add in plant stuff like green tea and coffee because they're yummy and healthy :) Glad to see you're in the same healthy cult!
😂right! I'm on yt looking for meal ideas. I'm a SAD eater. Now considering going carnivore just as an elimination diet because I ultimately want to go pescatarian or vegetarian. ODD right 😂but I have ibs and I hear carnivore can help heal the gut. I'm hoping that'll reprogram my tummy to allow me to have fruits and veg again. I miss them.😢 Almost any veg/ fruit you could mention ...i can't have it. I don't know why my body betrayed me in this way. I want to leave SAD and eat the way Dr's say to eat but I can't even do that
I don’t understand why people can be so cruel. Like that doesn’t look disgusting, it looks absolutely delicious. Why can’t we just have diet diversity, if u don’t want to eat meat, don’t eat meat but don’t comment mean things on the people who do.
Because vegans are freaks - they have no common sense and completely ignore our anatomy and the way we were created. Sad - they are going down a rabbit hole which will lead to illness.
Because the detractors are actually in a cult. It is much easier to reject bodily autonomy and responsibility. It is weak minded. Such people are more prone to indoctrination generally.
Because they are sheeple! Just like we used to be. Our own critical thinking drowned by big corp food and pharma. Sick people make the best profitable lifetime patients! Follow the money you sheeple naysayers!
Thanks so much for sharing! Sugar by far is the worst addiction ever! I literately have to fight it daily. The beauty of carnivore to me is feeling satiated and being satisfied with my food to help me not crave sugar. When I eat the SAD It’s hard to control the sugar cravings…smh! I appreciate your content so much! Blessings 🙏🏽
Some are still in the "addicted to sugar cult", and dont even know it. Keep preaching it Courtney love yoir creative, simple carnivore/keto recipes. Your inspirational. Maybe it is a cult this new wave of healthy carnivore eating and feeling amazing.
WHAT WE ARE TYPICALLY MISSING: Nothing should be overeaten, not even water. There was a water-drinking "cult" for a long time, and a fat-free "cult", and right now, there is a vegan "cult", who are suffering from high-oxalate symptoms, and there's a black pepper "cult", so now high solanine symptoms are showing up. I realize we can gain certain benefits from red meat, but if it is done in excess, that has it's own issues, too. I think the worst "cult" is the caffeine one, with coffee and certain teas. And there goes our bone density, because caffeine carries too much calcium out of the body. The ONLY thing I think is NOT a "cult", is glyconutrients, whose results are found in bone marrow secondarily*, but yet, !surprise!, carbohydrates firstly, so thank goodness the cows, etc., eat their diets; but if, as a carnivore, you neglect to get that bone marrow into your diet, you stem cell count can begin to suffer of certain necessary, 100% non-optional glyconutrients, and that is a fact. Carbohydrates are the only food group that can make our stem cells, but vegans, don't get all excited here, because extremism in any case has holes in it, 100% veganism, too. I truly believe, if you look at ancient Christianity as just one consideration, the carnivorous thing is temporary to mortality, and that when the lamb and the lion can sit next to each other again, which is prophesied, the lion, etc., will no longer have need of the lamb, etc., for food, and that, believe it or not, for now, they know their purpose here, and also know of their own impending resurrection. You don't have to be a believer to consider this interesting aspect. The law of sacrifice is something even rescue workers understand has certain nobleness in it as some know they could die in the line of duty. There is no principle of love can can replace the necessary aspects of sacrifice--that is a sentence that can take a lifetime for some to come to testimony. The plants, vegans, also "know" their purpose, and they are as "living", and do have "awareness" and "countenance", and do "communicate", as experienced by many who have died temporarily and returned. They also understand their mortal purpose here. There's a reason why these things have been veiled concerning mankind themselves, but the other living things know, including the earth itself, a living organism, meaning "of movement", right down to the functionability of every chemical and its vibration and electrical movement. We can never try to claim here that we've got everything figured out as far as eating, except for moderation as a hard and fast rule. For those wondering what these essential glyconutrients (carbs, saccharydes, sugars) are, they are listed in the medical PDR reference, and made obscure by the business-minded, you know who they are. If even one is missing in the diet, then cell-to-cell communication will be flawed, with this typically leading to mismessaging to the hypothalamus, which then sends out "alternative", sometimes panicking directives and delegations to your body. These eight glycos are like a braille letter alphabet, and they stick to the outside of our cells where the bump into each other to receive and send messages to the hypothalamus, and if there is a missing "letter" or two, static results, like a typewrite with missing keys, leaving the hypothalamus with flawed "software", so to speak. Autoimmunity often happens at this juncture. MIT calls these essential glycos "the missing food group" for a reason, and they do not require that we eat much at all, as long as we are getting all of them. Six of these eight are actually non-caloric, yet eatinb them finally calms the excess cravings for the two that ARE caloric, glucose and galactose. Without the other seven, glucose cravings will run out if control because it then attempts to make all of the other seven glycos, which it can, but it is very in efficient compared to providing them through the diet. In bloodwork, it has been discovered that a person's stem cell count can be terribly minimal one week, and seven days later after one week of eating glyconutrients in a powdered mix, under a teaspoon, about 3 calories a day, their stem cell count grew to over a trillion in count. Our bodies crave these because these ARE our immune system. We can buy premixed preparations or make our own from our own kitchens and grocery stores. To know what to include, you can do whst I did for myself, and search "foods containing the right essential glyconutrients, eight lists", and then assemble your own, even if from freeze-dried foods. We have a lot to choose from, but the key is to pick at least one from each list so that they are all represented. This will calm ravennous glucose cravings, because typically, missing one or more of tge other seven is where those glucose cravings come from. Glucose is not an optional nutrient, and it is medical ignorance to claim it is. But no one needs even 5% of the amount they typically eat in order to make stem cells. We would die without our stem cells. Stem cells are known to restore, repair and fix some 200+ areas of the human body, and that's just what we lowly mortals know about. So, may we all stay open-minded and seek balance, and not assume that we are mean just because we are interdependent on all other living things. It isn't an unhealthy co-dependency, it is a healthy interdependency, and things like the water and air we breath are also living elements. We have a lot more knowledge about this coming to us after we move our next move, where we will realize we were always alive and cannot die permanently, even if we wanted to. The ancient definition of the term death is "the temporary separation of the spirit body from it's mortal body", which are both phyisiologically molecular in structure, which spirit matter simply being finer matter. Either way, our mortal bodies are activated to movement once entered therin. And movement is life. For those who aren't sure of this yet, it will be given to you when you are ready to consider it. But just know that like our nutrients and oxygen that are sometimes too tiny to detect with the naked eye, the mortal eye is not the verifying proof if existence, fruition is. For those interested in knowing the names of the eight essential glyconutrients, they are 1. mannose 2. fucose 3. xylose 4. sialic acid (also called acetylneuraminic acid) 5. galactose (caloric) 6. glucose (caloric) 7. N-acetylglucosamine, and 8. N-acetylgalactosamine. There are other glycos that benefit, too, but I'm not sure if they can be made by the body. These, however, cannot be made by the body, so they must be eaten. Bone marrow is full of stem cells made of these essential glyconutrients, and from those, the body makes more, but in time, it must have more glycos from the diet itself. Only plants can make these eight. Keep in mind, I am not promoting veganism, I am not a vegan, as there are too many plant elements my body cannot take, like too many oxylates and too much solanine, etc, which two I am now having to flush due to kidney damage from them. But know that I support balance, which I was not doing. I am now back on glycos, which have saved my life from four other fatal diseases in the last almost 20 years. They work, and they are not merely optional, not to anyone. (Cpy'db4pstMJTS2024)
It’s not a cult; I’ve been in a real cult, and ended up w an autoimmune disease! I’m now healing FROM a cult environment by viewing Carnivore as medicine, AND it’s working!😊
@@emh8861You can put it into a Ziploc bag and put it in the freezer. Just go back to the freezer occasionally and sort of massage the bag. Or you can pour the mixture into a plastic container and put it in the freezer. It might be harder, but it will still be delicious.
What a weird statement! I am happy to feel much better, enjoy less pain from the man-made inflammation in processed foods and living a healthy weight. So bring on the cult membership card event 😂😂😂😂
Besti makes Monk Fruit + Allulose non-sugar sweeteners in several forms (powdered, granulated, brown). Might be a good alternative if you need to make something sweet.
The ignorant love hiding behind screens. Joyless people hate to see success and happiness in others. After you finish those Doritos come over to the wild side of carnivore.
@Irish_Lass2024 Dropping all sugars has been absolutely life changing. There is no need for decongestants, pain level significantly reduced, mental clarity increased, no hunger pangs, better sleep, reduced blood pressure, labs within normal limits, and weight loss.
@@tbryan9014 That is awesome! So glad you have experienced these things. I have, too, and it is amazing! I wish more people realized the way that we are told to eat is not the right way.
This ice cream maker is half the price on HSN today. Not sure how long it will be that price. I got a $10 first time order code too. I cannot wait to try this yummy recipe. I love coffee. Thank you.
I'm not saying that certain diets aren't cults, I'm just saying this is literally the base of actual ice cream though..... Like the only thing that she didn't add that people typically add in homemade ice cream is a bunch of sugar.
What an amazing cult to be part of. My health has improved drastically. Life long anxiety GONE. No joint paint. Beautiful skin. If there are more cults like this then I’d love to join.
This is exactly how to make ice cream before people added a bunch of chemicals and seed oils. I made this the other day except my recipe was using vanilla.
That looks absolutely delicious! Thank tou for posting this. This is the kind of thing that makes carnivore/ketovore sustainable for those of us that need a little more variety.
Honest question. So does it taste like fluffy bitter coffee? Just wondering since no sweetener (no stevia, allulose, etc.) at all was added. Just wondering. I like Ice cream BECAUSE its sweet, otherwise its just cold slop to me. I'm weird about tastes and texture (covid had rotel tasting like warm mush to me and I hated it).
Thank you for this one it hits home. if you go back 50 years before, all of our food was readily available at fast food restaurants which that comment or definitely goes to constantly, this would be ice cream. Who is in the cult? Who is the brainwashed one? To go out of their way to make that comment shows who’s in the cult. It’s the same as when I tell people I am doing the carnivore diet when they ask how I got in such great shape at my age and they say oh no you have to have fruits and vegetables every day. They weigh 300 pounds.😂😂
Do they not know how real ice cream is made? This is literally a custard ice cream. I've been making ice cream like this long before I discovered carnivore
For those that don't have an ice cream maker: take a large ziploc bag, put small or crushed ice and salt in it. Put your ice cream mixture in a smaller ziploc bag. Seal it and put it in the larger ice bag. Massage it for a few minutes then put it in the freezer. I saw this on another YT Short on how they make ice cream in prison. It came out looking like ice cream. Hope it works for you.
What is the brand of this ice cream maker. The link doesnt work for me. I have a dash and the spinning part gets stuck due to the hardening of the liquid on the sides of the frozen bowl inset.
