Just make sure you don’t overdo it, it can absolutely be helpful short term, but things like keto and carnivore diets can easily cause significant heart problems. Perhaps after a while begin eating more fish like steelhead trout and introducing fruits and vegetables back in

Do the test on yourself, run off healthy animal fats then run off grains/refined carbs like the food pyramid suggests, it’s BLATANTLY obvious fat is way more optimal. There is document proof that the fat is bad studies were fraudulent. 3 Harvard professors were paid off by the sugar companies. These sugar companies are making TRILLIONS per year. Look up the original apple and broccoli. Broccoli is NOT found in nature it is a genetically modified plant. Neither are any of these apples we eat today. Original apples used to be bitter and not very palatable, people used to have to cook them & mix other ingredients to make them enjoyable in deserts! Look at our population man, everyone is unhealthy! If you think our society norms is healthy is ridiculous, look at the results! When you look at everything, it’s actually common sense, but 8/10 people won’t see the truth even if you show it them. Not saying go full carnivore, 0 plants, but saturated fat is HEALTHY. And broccoli & apples are not ideal. Better than 90% of the bs nowadays but not better than fat or meat. Try live off them 2 ingredients see how well you live. Then try live off meat and fat and see how well you live. We have been lied to.
I have tried to make brown butter so many times but it doesn't taste as caramel or sweet or whatever as most people say for me it tastes like I don't know cooked butter? but I'd rather eat butter raw than cooked
If you don't like cooked butter just melt it down and do all the other steps its still good maybe add a little vanilla extract or stevia or LMNT chocolate sprinkled in it or on top. Like Jenny Mitich does her butter bites.
Do I need to use a specific type of butter? Is there a temperature I need to melt the butter at? Do I stir it fast or slow? Mine was horrible and I would really like to make this correctly.
I put the bacon in a ice tray and pour the butter over the bacon. Then have 1 or 2 Bacon Crack cubes for breakfast with my morning coffee. I've also put it in candy molds and eat it like candy. I just put it in the fridge over night to set. I'm afraid I'll forget it in the freezer and freeze it. Don't know if freezing it changes it but I'm not risking it. LOL
Does anyone in the comments have a great advice ? I don't like the taste of any cold fat from pig, cow (but I LOVE Mariager Sydesalt butter, it is SO delicious salty) I will get a kilogram of the Mariager Sydesalt when I can and maybe make my own butter and put the salt in it and try this without heating it up ? I can drink varm pig fat it tastes very good. I haven't had enough cow fat (tallow) to know if it like it as much as pig fat. I don't like cold cow fat.
Also if you like bacon wich you probably like you can eat that, if you get pasture raised pork then you can munch on it infinitely but if you get regular pork don’t exaggerate as there is nitrates in store bought bacon and the diet their fed is not good
This is just sad, As much as i like this carnivore diet and ive seen the results first hand; I absolutely NEED something sweet, It sucks having nothing but water, butter and meat.
I agrée. People say if you go carnivore long enough you lose your taste for sweet, but I like a little more variety than just meat and butter! Tbh I am mostly keto but I’m doing carnivore for a few weeks as a reset. I do have high fat Greek yogurt once a day and I add a little bit of homemade SF Berry jam. It adds about 0.3G carb per serving.
