my dear departed old mum said to me one day you know i had a hysterectomy at 40 i said yeh she said every month i stil get symptoms of a period i said wow true now im 60 full on menopausal wich i hate i get symptoms too crave cry mood swings ugh i take estrogen cream at night im on premosil tabs red clover proestro tabs magnesium calcium tabs im feeling much better but still get the odd outburts and ive changed my diet too eat more healthy that helps drink water exercise go for walks cant wait for it to finish doctors dont know how long it goes for just got to be healthy eat healthy exercise God bless all of us menopausal women

Ive never been offered testosterone gel im on hrt estrogen gel and progesterone tablets but still feel crap. The anxiety and depression has been horrendous the past few weeks but i have a great anp nurse who i see once a month a discuss things with her i also see the mental health nurse at my gp surgery im very blessed to have a good support net work around me and it helps that i still have my mom to talk to

The thing is Doctors won’t prescribe it. And unfortunately I can’t afford to go private. I’m very happy for the help you got Carol ❤

So glad someone's said it here; was saying same as I watched. Always a celeb touting the immense benefits (Previously watched Suzanne Somers on Oprah highlight this) and yet, to the woman on average income or less, this is NOT an option. Doctors are aware of it but will not prescribe it. What to do, what to do eh?

us women go through many chapters..then....bezang!!!....we get the menopause...but its not the last chapter!...its just another task we have to endure 🥴but there is help x

i must disagree with this one. i am a little bit fed up with people putting the blame in society. Most of us women dont talk about it because the load we got already on top. Ironically this is the big deal, but after dealing with so much we just get use to deal with things on our own and again we miss this mayor issue!
