I's so envious of your hot pepper plants doing so well! I tried 5 different varieties of habaneros and other hot peppers this summer in WA 6B and none of them made it past the seedling stage! Enjoy!
That's odd. What soil did you use and did you fertilize them? I try to just let them do their think in the seedling stage until I finally plant them outside in the big pots.
Congrats on your win, beautiful pods and plants! What size containers are you using and what soil/medium, fert? I am having a hard time getting it right 😅.
Thanks! I try to use the biggest pots I can find. Last ones I bought were two 20.7" pots from Lowe's. I've found that the small pots just don't work well when growing these. I have three Butlahs in a Lowe's bucket, but the production on those has been terrible! I think I got maybe 20 pods out of three plants and that was all. I use Miracle Gro Potting Mix for the soil and Miracle Gro fertilizer about once a month.
