Carolina Tiger Rescue is a nonprofit wildlife sanctuary whose mission is saving and protecting wild cats in captivity and in the wild. My wife and I toured the facility March 31, 2011. Located in Pittsboro, North Carolina, they care for abandoned tigers, lions, caracals, servals, ocelots, bobcats and even bearcats (even if they're neither bears nor cats).
