My God they both sound great! I’ve heard some say the HP is quite bright. Not sure if that’s the case, but it doesn’t sound overly bright too me. The Veg is definitely darker. I bet the HP sounds great into the Icarus V2.1!! Love that pedal!
I can't tell if I actually prefer the veggie pizza better, or if my vegan bias is simply clouding my judgement...... either way I liked your pizza party dude🤘🍕🤘🍕🤘🍕
Input volume sure makes them noisy but that's good to know being unfamiliar with that feature It's on my Dr J Plainswalker so know I can react accordingly Thank you sir Cool pair
Lol I subscribed after your quote I'm sure one or two will show up on reverb people need to buy drugs right?we both think alike so your demos are probably right up my alley
Hey, 1 in 52, - it will come around soon enough. It will be like the the love of your life, your soulmate, - eventually, it will be your turn. Of course, (unless you're near death),then it/they will become someone else's. So don't be sad , okay?
I prefer the Hawaiien version but I get bored pretty quickly with any fuzz pedals. They just have to much sustain and compression for my taste and I find that it makes my playing uninteresting.
There is def such a thing as lower gain Fuzzes,- and I understand what you're saying.A good circuit that doesn't use high gain diodes ALSO should have diverse guitar volume knob clean up,- and that will give you an almost endless range of sounds to work with. These are decent examples, but usually those which do this best are Germanium,- and are more expensive, - because they're hand chosen/matched, and the required parts are increasingly rare & hard to source in quanity. If you're serious, look at Analogman, Jext Telez, and Reuss. But even the $100 Dunlop Ge Fuzz Face manages this to a degree. All fuzzes are not created equal, thus the cost disparities. Good luck.
