You have enlightened my world, illuminated things which at one time were the blocks to my healing and growth. You have allowed for me to release the contempt towards the people in my life who hurt me, as now I truly understand they were simply acting out the story of the Archatypal match to the toxic aspects of my own archetypal patterns. I now see the "negative" experiences as gifts, my experiences grew me. Oh and how much I've grown..... Wow! The issue of 'Anger' - and Soul and Forgiveness calling it what it really is - it is a Sin!

I was used to think I was procrastinating, day dreaming.. absent , confused , and therefore at fault when so much in my mind, I was reflecting, deliberating and searching to elevate myself from my daily struggles.. Searching for some more peace .. Now I realise, in all these struggles I was looking after myself really, as I was/am constantly searching for deeper meaning, striking a better balance, assessing my desires, thoughts and actions, filtering them to deliberate if they are good or good enough and to what standards and values, which I resonate with that cd be right or wrong (my lenses). Observing others and integrating their lenses.. it felt often so exhausting. U felt I was mad . Even suffering mental health I thought as it impacted my ability to focus. I felt always afraid of doing wrongs, so obsessively I felt I could do no good no more.. I has to accept to let go of those worries, accept my deep reflective nature. Also, as a treatment I find for myself, as life could feel quite sad remote and tasteless for me. I work on trying to focus on my senses and enjoy that little bit of life I get to experience.. it is so strange to discover Caroline talks. U wished I had come across them sooner, as it is very soothing to believe and finally perceive those reflections as my desir to enlighten myself and in deed I think that what it was /is . I feel that human need to access to that deeper perspective. I arrived to the same reflections of non judgement and universality. It is good for me to validate this in her teachings, as I kept finding myself odd to my entourage and it had been a heavy cross to bear. I did find it easier to accept in my older years as my particular inner functioning, which I needed to honour and accept. Thanks for those beautiful reflections and teachings. ❤️

My five modes of thinking, Prayer, Meditation, Reflection, Contemplation, and "I forgot" (Well, I thought I had five, but it seems I have forgotten, which of course is what you have to do to realize that you need to "check in" on what you are thinking, before you go too far in the wrong direction.)

So helpful in realizing where I'm at. Ending the Era of being earth people. I know all is unfolding for the good. thank you.
