I'm due this surgery next week ,I was petrified till I listen to you both .Thank you both for your reassurance

I had my procedure done a year ago after I lost strength on my left arm. Test showed 90 % blocked carotid artery. Procedure was done the following day and 3 days of hospital stay. My lower right neck was numbed for almost 6 months. I had the most severe headache after my surgery. Am glad it's over now and although my strength on my left arm never returned to how it was.
