Carousel Automaton

I had seen a Christmas decoration in a shop and was quite taken with the idea of making a carousel automaton out of acrylic sheet using my K40 laser cutter.
I though about it for a while and had an idea how to make the horses rise and fall and in another demonstration of parallel evolution the idea I had was the same as most of the other makers when I looked it up on the internet. Well at least the idea was new to me!
