The last exercise was for tfcc. If there an advantage to preforming ulna deviation with the resistance on the 2 fingers opposed to holding a weight in your first?

If it's painful stop doing it. Only do to the extent where it does not hurt.

I have repeated swelling sometimes when straining but when at rest no pain...is this completely curable?I am suffering from tfcc...I visited ortho specialist and he told this is a minor

Slow and steady resistance exercises as well as isometric can do the job. Sudden over exertion will easily start inflammation. Gradual improvement is always best. Rest more, exercise sparringly.

I have strong hands yet I'm using the so called weakest resistance band and can barely move it. They really should have used a more stretchy material.
