Yeah doesn't bother to give any info . I'm trying to find out if this is a home rug cleaning machine extractor but probably not but I have an expensive oriental rug that no way in my paying $850 to send it out to be cleaned . But it needs a deep cleaning and most of those companies that come to your home only use steam which is hot water and that would ruin this rug so I'm trying to find some kind of an extractor that's very powerful and strong where I could just do it myself at home but using cold water
