Check out the new "The Batman" movie. You'll get a kick out of it. There's a lethal weapon used in there that you'll recognize! (Few people know what is.)
I like the silver kicker because the pad’s a little softer but very positive. I’m I little older so softer is nice. The young guys I work with like both but prefer the lower profile of the maroon kicker and as you said you have more control but also I feel it gives you more feed back.
Great video Sal. Speed catt is such a great tool, love the way it locks on so easily too. I don’t use it to tuck but I like to give all the edges a quick once over with it when I finish, gets any bits u might’ve missed and makes sure it’s all locked on nicely 👌🏼
I've used a romus taurex knife for years. It's honestly lasted for 10 years. Bought it cheap at Lee floorstock, but they are like 50 quid now.🤦 But it's been epic, good weight and the rubber grips made it a perfect tool. I've literally worn through it. But I've been at it for over 30 years now, so I'm just getting the hang of this fitting lark.😉. Dig the vids lads .👍🏻 Not sure about the speed catt tho.. The floorskills lads swear by them, but they don't know it all..🤔
@@TrimTuckCarpets thank you ! Great informative vids guys ! Big fan. Been fitting for 24 years now but always learning new tips and tricks so thank you for that ! 👍
I've got 2. They keep trying to fire 3 staples at the same time for some reason. The 1 you have in the video is dangerous. You can pick it up upside down and it fires in the air
Shew. A list would be great. Hard to understand and you’re too quick. Good tips though, just frustrating and so many pausing. I had to turn on closed captioning
