Headstart: Former Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio finds the alleged 'gentleman's deal' between former president Rodrigo Duterte and China 'disadvantageous' and does not apply to formal country policy. Former Duterte spokesperson Harry Roque said the former president and China agreed to maintain the status quo in the West Philippine Sea, and that resupply missions to the Philippine outpost in Ayungin Shoal will be limited to food and water supply, and no reconstruction.

Sir Carpio .. why not recommend to pbbm to do exactly what the indonesians and malaysians did. Send in our survey ships escorted by the PN and see what will happen.. stop blaming du30 he's not in power anymore the ball now is in pbbms hands.. it seems that your just using this issue to attack du30. Suggest also to have a debate with messrs ado paglinawan n mentong laurel on the legality of this issue so that the people may know.

Because of Dudirty's own personal interest he wavered his determination to protect Philippines interest in the EEZ of the WPS Filipinos Sovereign Rights, he chooses to become China or Xi's spokesperson to spread fearmongerring and even hiring Rocque Shoque the Buteteng Beijing for follow-up barracking for China.

when you're a small & poor country vs a superpower, isn't a ceasefire in your favor? Phil govt need to priorities and allocate time & resources to other pressing problem within the country, than just that small part of EEZ. Otherwise, instead of yak yak yak & standing still to be slap around by China, why not start drilling or massive fishing. At least, you're fighting for something substantial
