It's true that, as far as other song composers are concerned, Coward seems to have been particularly fond of Kern's music, probably because he was personally acquainted with him, if memory serves correctly. Style is called "Stride Piano"...popular between 1915-1935

What we're hearing is C to B13 (B, D#, F#, C#, G#) and as he changes chords, he plays the note D, a step below the E of the C chord. Thing is, even though the picture and sound are perfectly in sync, the whole thing is up a half step from what we're seeing. The first piece should be in Eb, not E. (I can see by the keys he's hitting that we're hearing it a half-step high.) So, if you want to play the same chords he really played, move the above down a half-step.
