Carrot and pineapple Cake with cream cheese frosting/Repost/gawa's kitchen 

Ingredients
2+1/2 Cup Cake flour
1+1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
1 teaspoon salt
1+1/2 cup oil
2 cups grated Carrots
1/ 2 cup pecans/walnuts
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1+1/2 cup sugar
4 Eggs
250g tin Crushed pineapple
bake 180 degrees Celsius
40-45 minutes, depending on the size pans u use, for instance, if you are making cup cakes, time will be much shorter.
cream cheese frosting
125g soft butter not melted
1 teaspoon vanilla essence/extract
4 cups icing sugar
250g tub smooth cream cheese
