Awww, you're very kind yes try to add maybe halve the egg but u could also just make the full Recipe and keep halve the dough in the fridge but I usually just make the whole batch and store the cookies in the freezer so when I want some or have guest coming I just take it out and leave it on the counter and it's as if it was freshly baked😊

I ask maaf for troubling u soooooooooooo much , there's something I want to know, i see u have 2 melting moments ( im talking about where custard is added) so which one is more crispy, i do prefer my biscuits crispy , i want to try yours , other melting moment recipes i tried its soft or it is crispy but turns soft soooooo quick so I wanted to check yours
Yes, you can. That's the only 1 my family asked me to make for their birthdays u can also make it into cupcakes. I usually cut the cupcakes in the center add caramel and cream with ganach on top
I just made your cookies They came out great I had some extra dough because I made a double batch so I rolled out some into squares and dipped them in chocolate and sprinkled chopped almonds on them Both kinds were delicious Thanks for sharing your recipe❤❤❤❤
Slms i made this on 5/7/24 using my small square glass pyrex tray/ dish , I have 2 square glass pyrex dish I don't know sizes but I know the small tray holds over 1 litre water under 2 litres water and big tray holds over 2 litres water under 3 litres water, I decided to use my small one , an it seems like a made good choice , pudding did rise well an pudding came out well too but i expected to come out alot but it came out soooooo little so now I'm planning to make again an NEed larger dessert , what is best option use your same amount, 1litre milk and 6 eggs and 1cup sugar etc etc an use my big tray or double recipe so 12egg with 2cup sugar and 2cup sago etc etc , I'm soooooo sorry for disturbing u always
Now today 5/7/24 i made your sago pudding, , mine took 40 min to bake anyways , i thought its more tasty if using milk so i dissolved custard powder in same quantity of milk not water an then i made a mistake , u used 1 cup sago an i mistakenly used almost 2cup sago , an i used almost 1 litre milk an rest i used your measurements , other than that , to serve wil i be able to slice up ? Or should I scoop with spoon
