Once again I come back to this recipe to be my guide for making carrot cake :D this time I used almonds for the nut portion because that's what we had on hand and it was super tasty. Nothing can really go wrong using this as a reference, it's really the perfect recipe to follow

Thanks a lot Lola ! It was very yummy I tired it. I just used 1 tsp baking soda instead of baking powder and one cup flour. My husband loved it.

Awesome! Have you tried to use yeast instead of baking powder, and let it ferment overnight? Keep all ingredients as is.... But use enough starter yeast. I think it'll turn out fantastic!

Thank you great instructions and easy follow for all beginners, one you ingredient you did not include which some RU-vidrs do is put yogurt or sour cream, I have used with Banana bread and it does make moist can you tell me why you don’t prefer use.?Godbless and keep safe x

I followed this recipe but my batter came out really thick almost like a paste. It looks quite liquidy in your video. Not sure what went wrong.
